About the Author

Karen Ball is a Senior Fellow at Prosci. For over 40 years, she has helped individuals and organizations implement effective changes and achieve benefits not thought possible. After learning about the Prosci ADKAR Model in 2006, she knew immediately it would have a profound impact on the rest of her career.
